Welcome to the Yin Yang 69 Day Challenge Level 3, inspired by the principles of balance, discipline, and spiritual growth. This journey is designed to enhance your meditation practice, deepen your spiritual understanding, and foster a community of like-minded individuals. Please use this planner to track your progress and reflect on your experiences.

Daily Rules:

  1. Anapanasati Meditation: Practice daily, for a duration equal to your age in minutes (e.g., 40 years old = 40 minutes). Meditation Procedure

  2. Read: Engage with 10 pages of any new age spiritual book daily, in any language.

  3. Exchange Experiences: Share your meditational/spiritual experiences with at least one interested individual each day.

  4. Daily Walking or Workout: Engage in 30 minutes of walking or any physical workout daily

  5. No Gossip: Maintain a positive and constructive speech pattern, refraining from any form of gossip.

  6. Strict Vegetarian Diet: Adhere to a vegetarian diet, excluding garlic, and mushrooms, and avoiding the use of microwaves.

  7. Daily Journaling: Every day, write down your life experiences and meditational insights in a journal. This practice is intended to deepen your self-awareness, allowing you to observe patterns, growth, and areas for further development in your spiritual and everyday life.

  8. Intensive Full Moon Meditations: On Sep 18th, and Oct 17th participate in intensive night meditation sessions for 3 hours.

  9. Arts or Music: Engage in arts or music for 30 minutes daily.

  10. Give 4 Zoom or physical Meditation sessions of at least 30 minutes each within this 69-day challenge.

  11. Volunteer in at least 2 Meditation Events
